HELL Day 17 – Friday Night Lifting

Overall I was pretty happy with this workout. The Lunges are killer but they are getting better. I decided to do them at Bodyweight (BW) only since I seemed to have trouble with them on the last workout. There’s some weirdness in the lifting just because I have exercise dyslexia and got some stuff swapped from Wednesday’s workout and tonights workout.

3×15x15s (evidently I have a counting problem these were supposed be 3×12)
(okay I accidently did the front raises on the Wednesday’s workout they should have been lat raises which I am doing here)

Theres one plank that didn’t get counted because the freaking stopwatch stopped on .1 of a second. I probably held it for a good 15-20 seconds tho.
